In Houston this weekend for voiceover panel.

Great to be in Houston this weekend for Film Expo Texas, where the wonderful staff have invited me to be a guest voice talent for the panel 'The Art of Getting Cast', on Saturday, October 25, 2008, at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Houston. The theme for the entire Expo is 'Getting Into Motion Pictures: Making the Industry Work for You' and it centers on providing greater access to industry resources for the motion picture industry workers, both in front of the camera and behind. So, for voiceover talent behind the camera, we'll be talking about auditions and monologues to working with directors, producers and casting people; what actors, aspiring actors and even musicians need to know about getting noticed; knowing the jargon, the paperwork, protocols and the rules of the industry.
